1. General Conditions

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on this site—including but not limited to brand names, website text, custom garment designs, graphic layouts, typography, logos, and specific geometric imagery—is the sole intellectual property of Mors Vitae. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our designs or media is strictly prohibited.

2. Products and Pricing

  • We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our garments as accurately as possible. However, because our pieces undergo custom industrial acid washes and specialized printing, minor variations in tone and texture are an inherent part of the product and do not constitute a defect.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or collection at any time.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

3. Orders and Billing Accuracy

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Hybrid Drop & Shipping Policy

  • Pre-Made Items: Orders containing pre-made inventory will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-Order Items: After all pre-made garments are sold out your purchase will be shifted to a pre-order. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that your payment will be collected upfront, and the product will enter a specialized production cycle.

  • Timeline Estimates: Pre-order production and delivery timelines typically take  4–5 weeks from the date the collection window closes. While we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, these timelines are estimates and may be subject to manufacturing or customs delays.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unaltered condition within 7 days of delivery.

  • Outside of verified manufacturing defects, the customer assumes full responsibility for return shipping costs and logistics.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Mors Vitae shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services or products.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping couriers, customs clearance procedures, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Saudi Arabia.

  • You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
